We live fall apart. I don’t really know where you are and what u’ve going through but I always had excitement when I see you, alive.

 

I just had phone calls with the old friend when I was live in Malang.

We rarely keep in touch since i back to my home town few years ago.

We just talks once a year to share a life update. We could talks for few hours about anything then chit chat for few more days and done.

Few days ago, that old friend DM me on IG and then we schedule a time for an life update, again.

We did.

We talks for few hours tonight.

It was great conversation.

That old friend happily share the life update.

That old friend still not believe she could survive and fallen in love again to her life. To have a courage to dream, to trust her self.

Her dream is to open a bake house as her medium to spread hope and kindness, to give comfort place to people that need something to feels life again.

I was amazed by her stories.

And Something stucked on my mind, something foundational that have missed from me long time ago. Compassion.

It was really hard to believe in urself at the first moment when you are at your lowest point of life.

And That old friend felt hopeless too. Felt angry and had no idea bout the future.

But here’s the things, u’ll never going anywhere when you keeping your eyes closed.

U have to have a courage to open it, to see where u are right now so you could figure out the next step.

You have to acknowledge your condition. You have to accept where u are right now.

Don’t deny. Accept and embrace it. Dealt with the uncomfortable so you could define what comfortable life means for you.

Never ever let people dictate it for you.

That old friend story remind me an mindset and an attitude that i have to practice every single day in order to stay present in life.

“This too shall passed. 

There’s the will, there’s the way. 

One step at a time.”

Those are her mantra that she got from me.

I couldnt believe it. I forgot the things that brought me this far.

As a tiny human being on the earth, i  am happy if that mesasage makes someone find trust and power over themself.

But am more happier coz that messages find me at the time I needed.

And i realized that your words and sentences is really powerful. Your thought even dangerous. So u really need to pay attention on it.
